What is the return policy for Zara Home?
Zara Home offers the option of making a return if the purchase does not meet expectations. The conditions for a return are as follows: The return must be handled within 30 days from the shipment date of an online order or from the purchase date at a store. The items need to be in their original condition and with all their labels. The return must be made in the same market/region where the purchase was made.
Items can be returned free of charge in any Zara store. This is available for online purchases as well as those made in a physical store. Just present the items to return and your Zara QR or the receipt. If unable to visit the store, someone else can do so.
Items can also be returned by leaving the package at a delivery point. The cost per return request is $4.95 which will be subtracted from the refund. If the purchase was made as a registered user, the return can be requested in the Returns section of the account. If the purchase was made as a guest, a return can be requested by clicking the "Manage Your Order" link in any order or shipment confirmation emails. Once the return has been requested, instructions will be emailed to make the delivery and the number of labels to match the number of packages to be sent.
